Eligibility: Contest is open only to residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older and have a social security number or Tax ID number (TIN). Employees of Rêv, and/or its affiliates, agents, retail distributors and their family members are not eligible to win. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees (the “Releasees”) from any claims, actions, injury, loss, or damage of any kind, including, without limitation, personal injury or death, resulting, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participating in this Sweepstakes or from the acceptance, possession, or use or misuse of a prize. This limitation of liability is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including, without limitation, compensatory, direct, indirect, or consequential damages; loss of data, income or profit; loss of damage to property; and claims of third parties. Participants agree that Releasees have not made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, statutory, express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, title, and fitness for a particular purpose), in fact or in law, relative to this Sweepstakes.
Promotion Dates: You can participate between January 18, 2014 at 12:00:01 AM CT and April 15, 2014 at 11:59:59 PM CT (“Period of Participation”)
How to Enter: To be automatically entered for a chance to win Rêv’s 4x Your Tax Refund (the “Sweepstakes”), participants must fulfill one of the following criteria during the Period of Participation:
- Direct deposit your federal and/or state electronic tax refund equal to or greater than $100 (IRS Form and line numbers are for example purposes only. Contact your tax preparer or the IRS for details). Participants will receive one entry for each qualifying tax refund direct deposit (maximum two (2)) loaded during the Period of Participation; or
- Click on the “No Purchase Necessary” form (the “Form”) and complete all fields before clicking on the “Submit” button. One entry per person, maximum $100 grand prize. By submitting the Form, you agree to allow Sponsor and its affiliates to periodically send you promotional materials and offers.
You are eligible for the Grand Prize drawing when a qualifying tax refund is direct deposited to your Mango Prepaid MasterCard®, or you complete the Form. Time frames for receipt of an electronic tax refund are IRS guidelines only. You may not receive your federal and/or state tax refund within these time frames. Under no circumstances is Sponsor liable for missing, late or incorrect tax refunds, returns or return documentation. Once the participants’ qualifying direct deposit has been loaded, participants are eligible for each subsequent monthly drawing until: (i) participant’s entry is selected as a winner; or (ii) the Period of Participation ends. Sponsor will collect information from the participants for purposes of confirming US taxpayer status, notifying the Grand Prize winner and sending promotional materials and offers. Sponsor will not share this information with any unaffiliated third party, except as necessary for the administration of this Sweepstakes, the administration and awarding of the prize and winner notification, as applicable. Sponsor or its affiliates may also attempt to contact participants to promote Sponsor’s products and services. All entries will be the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned to the participants. Sponsor is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Sweepstakes-related materials; stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries; or applications/forms processed late, incorrectly, or lost due to computer, electronic malfunction, or human error. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify this Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of this Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Method of Selecting Winner: The Grand Prize Winner (“Winner”) for the Sweepstakes will be randomly selected (in Austin TX) from among all eligible entries, on or before April 22, 2014. Winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days of being selected. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries. Winner need not be present to win.
Prize: Sponsor prize will include: One Grand Prize Winner who will receive a cash reward of at least $100 (if the winning entry was submitted via Sponsor’s Form), up to a maximum $4,000, the actual amount to be determined by an amount that is four times the amount of the Winner’s tax refund previously loaded onto Winner’s Card. Winner will receive their prize amount loaded onto their Card. Sponsor will send a check to a Winner who entered using Sponsor’s Form, within ten (10) business days of the end of the Period of Participation. Winner is solely responsible for all other expenses not specified herein, including but not limited to applicable taxes, card fees, and check cashing fees.
Winner agrees to permit Sponsor to use his/her name, (partial) address, photograph, voice, video or any likeness for advertising or publicity purposes for no additional compensation. Sponsor may use information submitted by participants to offer them information on other offers, products or services, subject to the Privacy Policy available on the website printed on the back of the Card.
The Grand Prize Winner’s name will be available after the Sweepstakes ends, on Sponsor’s websites. To obtain a paper copy, send a self-addressed, postage paid envelope with the heading “4x Your Tax Refund – Winner List” to Rêv Customer Service, PO Box 2067, Austin, TX, 78767.

Taxes (federal, state, and local) are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner and Winner may be required to complete tax forms. Winner has to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to the awarding of a cash prize. Void where prohibited by law.
Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participants and Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Texas or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Texas. Jurisdiction and venue shall be solely within any state or federal court sitting in Austin, Texas.
