To say that “Tim Tebow” has become a household name, I think would be an understatement. This quarterback for the Denver Bronco’s has become so popular since the start of this NFL season, he has even become a verb (not to mention an action figure, a comic strip, and a videogame star.) That’s right; people all over the country have taken to “tebowing,” mimicking the signature prayer position he often assumes before plays, and uploading these “tebowing” photos to social media sites.
That even includes the Pittsburg Mayor who lost a bet last week when his city’s team played the Broncos.
As you probably already know, Tebow has gained his fame, not only for his plays on the field, but also for his well-known religious beliefs. Now even though the Broncos didn’t quite qualify for the Super Bowl (sorry Denver fans…), Tebow has made quite an impact on their season, and in the NFL overall, in more ways than one.
